Know What Sells, Where, and to Whom

Retailers bring us in when store, e-commerce, and loyalty data tell different stories. We unify those channels in one data platform and build the forecasts and customer analytics that merchandising, planning, and marketing teams use every day.

What We Deliver

Where We Make the Difference

A customer who browses online, buys in store, and returns by mail often shows up as three people in three systems. Inventory has the same problem. We connect POS, e-commerce, and inventory data so every channel works from one version of product, price, stock, and customer.

01

Unified Channel Inventory

Store, warehouse, and e-commerce stock in one near-real-time view makes buy-online-pickup-in-store and ship-from-store reliable, because the promise on the website matches what is actually on the shelf.

02

POS and Sales Streaming

Transactions from your POS stream into a cloud data platform through Apache Kafka or Azure Event Hubs, so sales, inventory, and margin reports update during the day, not overnight.

03

Assortment and Allocation Forecasts

Store and SKU demand forecasts inform assortment, allocation, and replenishment, helping planners send stock where it will sell and avoid the markdowns that follow a bad buy.

04

Customer Segmentation and Loyalty

Loyalty, transaction, and web behavior data feed segmentation and propensity models, so promotions reach the customers most likely to respond instead of the whole list.

Our Approach

How We Deliver Retail

  1. Step 1: Audit Channel and Customer Data

We review how product, price, inventory, and customer records move between POS, e-commerce, and marketplaces, and where they drift apart.

  2. Step 2: Unify Product and Customer Records

Product, vendor, pricing, and customer data are cleansed, matched, and loaded into a governed platform, with validation checks that run before every refresh.

  3. Step 3: Launch Forecasts and Segments

We build the first demand forecasts and customer segments with your planners and marketers, testing them against recent seasons before anyone relies on them.

  4. Step 4: Go Live Around Your Calendar

Cutovers are scheduled outside peak selling periods, with extra monitoring and support staying in place through holiday and back-to-school traffic.

FAQ

Common Questions

Something we did not cover? Ask us directly.

Can you connect our POS, e-commerce platform, and marketplaces?

Yes. We integrate with the systems you run today through their APIs, exports, or middleware, and map everything to shared product and customer definitions. You keep your existing platforms and gain a consistent data layer across them.

How do you match customers across online and in-store purchases?

We use loyalty IDs, email, and other identifiers you are permitted to use, plus rules-based and probabilistic matching for the rest. Consent and privacy preferences are enforced in the data model, not handled after the fact.

Will forecasts account for promotions and seasonality?

Yes. Promotion calendars, holidays, price changes, and local events are model inputs, and we test forecasts against past seasons with your planners before rollout.
