Know Where Every Job Stands Before the Next Draw

General contractors and specialty trades use our data and software work to see cost, schedule, and cash position across every active job. We connect estimating, project management, field, and accounting systems so project teams and executives work from the same numbers.

What We Deliver

Where We Make the Difference

On most jobs, the true cost position lags behind the work, because field data, subcontractor billing, and change orders take time to reach accounting. By the time it shows, the fade has already happened. We shorten that loop with field integrations, cost-to-complete forecasting, and dashboards project managers actually open.

01

Job Cost and Fade Forecasting

Committed cost, actuals, change orders, and earned value combine into cost-to-complete forecasts by job and cost code, showing profit fade early enough for project managers to act.

02

Subcontractor and Lien Tracking

Commitments, pay applications, retainage, and lien waiver status are tracked in custom workflows and dashboards, so payments go out on time and billing disputes have a clear record.

03

Equipment Utilization

Telematics, rental, and maintenance data show which owned and rented equipment is working, idle, or due for service, helping you move assets between jobs instead of renting more.

04

Compliance Document Workflows

Certified payroll, safety records, insurance certificates, and prevailing wage documentation are collected through automated workflows, with alerts before a certificate lapses or a report comes due.

Our Approach

How We Deliver Construction

  1. Step 1: Follow One Job End to End

We trace a representative project through estimating, contracts, procurement, field reporting, billing, and close-out, marking where data breaks down and where risk hides.

  2. Step 2: Model Jobs and Cost Codes

Work breakdown, cost code, and billing structures are modeled for your contract types, including lump sum, time and materials, cost plus, and guaranteed maximum price.

  3. Step 3: Connect the Field

Mobile time entry, material receipts, and daily reports flow into project accounting through apps and integrations with tools like Procore, so costs post while the work is fresh.

  4. Step 4: Report Across the Portfolio

Executive dashboards, project health scorecards, and backlog analysis show leadership which jobs need attention and how future work will load your crews and cash.

FAQ

Common Questions

Something we did not cover? Ask us directly.

Do you replace our construction accounting or project management software?

No. We connect the systems you already use, such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and your accounting platform, and build analytics and workflows around them. Where no product fills a gap well, we build a focused custom application.

How do you forecast cost to complete?

We combine committed costs, actuals, approved and pending change orders, and percent complete from the field, then compare them with the estimate by cost code. Project managers review and adjust the forecast, so the number reflects both the data and their judgment.

Will this add paperwork for field crews?

It should remove paperwork. Mobile apps replace paper time sheets and daily reports rather than adding to them, and they can be built to work offline on sites with poor coverage.
