Move More Freight With Fewer Empty Miles

Carriers, freight brokers, and shippers with private fleets work with us to turn telematics, TMS, and carrier data into better routing and fewer surprises. We build the shipment visibility, fleet analytics, and dispatch tools that dispatchers and customer teams actually use.

What We Deliver

Where We Make the Difference

Fuel prices, capacity swings, driver availability, and customers who expect live tracking all squeeze transportation margins. The data to respond already exists in ELDs, TMS platforms, and carrier feeds, but rarely in one place. We connect it, then build the routing, pricing, and exception tools that keep trucks full and shipments on time.

01

Live Shipment Visibility

Carrier APIs, EDI 214 status messages, and GPS pings merge into one tracking view with predicted arrival times, so customer service can answer where-is-my-freight questions before customers call.

02

Route and Load Optimization

Optimization models plan routes and consolidate loads around hours of service, delivery windows, and equipment type, reducing empty miles and the cost of each delivered load.

03

Carrier and Lane Analytics

Lane history, tender acceptance, on-time performance, and spot versus contract rates by carrier help brokers and shippers choose carriers and price lanes on evidence, not habit.

04

Fleet Health and Driver Safety

Telematics, fault codes, and maintenance history predict which tractors need service, while driver behavior and hours of service data support safety coaching and FMCSA compliance.

Our Approach

How We Deliver Transportation & Logistics

  1. Step 1: Review Lanes, Fleet, and Carriers

We study your lane history, fleet mix, carrier base, and service commitments to find where cost, delays, and customer complaints concentrate.

  2. Step 2: Connect Telematics and TMS Data

ELD and telematics feeds, TMS records, carrier APIs, and EDI messages are brought into one cloud platform with a shared model for loads, stops, and events.

  3. Step 3: Turn On Tracking and Alerts

Tracking dashboards and alerts for late pickups, missed appointments, and detention go live first, giving dispatch and customer teams quick, practical wins.

  4. Step 4: Add Optimization and Prediction

Once the data is trusted, route optimization, arrival prediction, and lane pricing models are introduced and tuned with your dispatchers and pricing analysts.

FAQ

Common Questions

Something we did not cover? Ask us directly.

Can you work with our existing TMS and telematics providers?

Yes. We connect to your TMS, telematics platforms such as Samsara or Geotab, and carrier APIs rather than replacing them. The value comes from joining their data, which none of them does well on its own.

How accurate are predicted arrival times?

Accuracy depends on the quality of your location and stop data, so we measure it against actual arrivals on your own lanes before anyone relies on it. The models improve as they learn traffic, dwell, and appointment patterns on the lanes you run most.

Is this only for asset-based carriers?

No. Brokers and 3PLs usually gain most from carrier scorecards and lane pricing, shippers with private fleets from routing and fleet health. We scope the first project around the part of your operation that costs the most today.
