DevOps Consulting & Managed Services

Ship More Often With Fewer Failed Releases

Engineering teams that want faster, safer releases work with us to automate the path from commit to production. We implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, platform engineering, and site reliability practices, then support them as a managed service if you choose.

What We Deliver

Where We Make the Difference

Manual deployments, hand-built servers, and release-night firefights slow teams down and make every change feel risky. DevOps fixes that only when tooling and working habits change together. We build the automation, coach your developers and operators through the new practices, and measure whether delivery actually improves.

01

Automated Pipelines

Build, test, security scanning, and deployment run automatically on every change through Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, with approvals where your process requires them.

02

Infrastructure as Code

Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation templates define every environment in version control, so infrastructure is reviewed like code, rebuilt on demand, and free of configuration drift.

03

Paved Paths for Developers

An internal developer platform gives teams self-service templates for new services and environments, with security and compliance controls built in instead of added by ticket.

04

Reliability by Design

Service level objectives, error budgets, controlled chaos experiments, and blameless incident reviews give teams a shared, measurable way to balance new features against stability.

Our Approach

How We Deliver DevOps Consulting & Managed Services

  1. Step 1: Measure Where You Stand

We assess culture, tooling, architecture, and delivery metrics such as deployment frequency and change failure rate, then rank the improvements that matter most.

  2. Step 2: Design the Toolchain

We define source control, CI/CD, testing, scanning, artifact management, and deployment tooling that fit together, and lay out a practical order for rolling them out.

  3. Step 3: Build It With Your Team

We implement the first pipelines alongside your engineers and coach them through each practice, so the new way of working is adopted, not just installed.

  4. Step 4: Keep It Running

Our managed DevOps service maintains pipelines, rolls out new capabilities, and provides DevOps engineering capacity as an extension of your team.

FAQ

Common Questions

Something we did not cover? Ask us directly.

Where should we start if our releases are mostly manual?

Usually with one automated pipeline for one important application, covering build, test, and deployment. It proves the approach, exposes gaps in testing and environments, and gives the rest of the organization a working template.

Do we have to move to Kubernetes?

No. Pipelines and infrastructure as code work just as well for virtual machines, app services, and serverless. We recommend Kubernetes only when your workload and team are ready for it.

What does the managed service cover?

Pipeline maintenance, toolchain upgrades, new pipeline and environment requests, and ongoing DevOps engineering support. We agree on scope and response expectations with you up front.

How do you measure progress?

We track delivery metrics such as deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, and time to restore service. Progress is measured against a baseline taken during the assessment.
