Process Automation

Workflow Automation

Approvals and Handoffs That Move on Their Own

We automate approval chains, document routing, and the handoffs between systems, so requests move from submission to completion without anyone chasing them. Workflows run on Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps and stay visible end to end.

What We Deliver

Where We Make the Difference

Slow processes are rarely slow because of the work itself. They stall in inboxes, waiting for an approval or a copy and paste into the next system. We automate those gaps and give process owners a live view of where every request stands.

01

Approval Chains

Multi-level approvals with rules for amounts, departments, and delegation, delivered in Teams or email, with reminders and escalations when requests sit too long.

02

Document Routing

Contracts, invoices, and forms are captured, classified, and routed to the right person or system, with versions and decisions recorded along the way.

03

System Orchestration

Workflows pass data between CRM, finance, HR, and line-of-business systems through APIs and connectors, ending double entry between tools.

04

Visibility for Process Owners

Dashboards show volumes, cycle times, and stuck requests, so owners can fix bottlenecks instead of hunting for status updates.

Our Approach

How We Deliver Workflow Automation

  1. Step 1: Map the Current Flow

We trace how requests move today, including every approval, handoff, and system touched, and where they tend to wait.

  2. Step 2: Design the Target Workflow

We agree on rules, approvers, service levels, and exception paths with the process owner before anything is built.

  3. Step 3: Build and Test

We build the workflow, connect the systems involved, and test it with real requests, edge cases, and failure scenarios.

  4. Step 4: Launch and Improve

We launch with monitoring and a feedback loop, then refine the rules as volumes and exceptions show where the workflow can improve.

FAQ

Common Questions

Something we did not cover? Ask us directly.

Should we use Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps?

Power Automate suits workflows owned by business teams inside Microsoft 365. Azure Logic Apps suits system-to-system integration that IT operates at scale. We often use both and recommend based on who will own the workflow.

Can approvers act from their phones?

Yes. Approvals can be completed in Teams, Outlook, or the Power Automate mobile app, with the request details included so approvers do not need to open another system.

How do we keep an audit trail?

Every step, decision, and approver is logged with a timestamp. Records can be kept in SharePoint or Dataverse for as long as your retention policies require.
