Cloud Managed Services

Reliable Cloud Operations Without Building a Team

For organizations that would rather not staff a full cloud operations team, we run Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud environments day to day. Monitoring, incident response, patching, security posture, and cost control are handled by engineers who know your architecture.

What We Deliver

Where We Make the Difference

Many teams finish a migration and then find that running the cloud well is a job of its own. Our model is proactive: we watch for problems before users notice, fix root causes rather than symptoms, and report every month on cost, performance, and security.

01

Proactive Monitoring

Azure Monitor, Amazon CloudWatch, Google Cloud Monitoring, or Datadog track health, performance, and security events, with alert thresholds tuned so real issues surface and noise does not.

02

Incidents Fixed at the Root

Incidents are handled against response targets agreed in your contract, worked through to root cause, and closed with a fix that stops the same problem from returning.

03

Monthly Optimization

Each month you get a report on cost, performance, reliability, and security posture, along with the improvements we have already made, not just a list of recommendations.

04

Security and Patching

Continuous configuration scanning, patch management, backup checks, and regular posture reviews keep your environment aligned with your security policies and compliance requirements.

Our Approach

How We Deliver Cloud Managed Services

  1. Step 1: Onboard and Baseline

We assess the environment, document the architecture, install monitoring, and record baseline performance and cost figures so improvements can be measured from the start.

  2. Step 2: Tune Monitoring and Alerts

Alerts are configured across every resource and tuned as we learn your workloads, cutting false alarms while making sure critical issues always reach an engineer.

  3. Step 3: Set the Operating Rhythm

Weekly operations check-ins, monthly optimization reviews, and quarterly planning sessions keep your team informed and give you a regular say in priorities.

  4. Step 4: Improve Continuously

Monthly improvement cycles cover security hardening, cost tuning, and keeping services and runtimes on supported versions, so the environment gets better instead of drifting.

FAQ

Common Questions

Something we did not cover? Ask us directly.

What hours and response times do you cover?

Coverage hours and response targets are set in your service agreement based on how critical each workload is. We define them together during onboarding so expectations are clear before we take over.

Do we lose control of our environment?

No. You keep ownership of your accounts, subscriptions, and data, and we work only with the access you grant. Every change follows an agreed approval process and is logged.

Can you manage an environment you did not build?

Yes. Onboarding starts with an assessment and documentation of what is already there, and we flag risks and quick fixes before taking on day-to-day operations.

How is this different from our cloud provider's support?

Provider support covers their platform. We cover your workloads on it, including your architecture, applications, costs, and security settings, and we fix issues rather than only advising on them.
