Agentic AI Solutions

AI Agents That Plan, Act, and Know When to Ask

We design and deploy AI agents that carry out multi-step business work: gathering information, calling your systems, handling routine cases, and handing exceptions to people. Agent activity is logged for review under the retention rules you set.

What We Deliver

Where We Make the Difference

Agents go beyond chat. They break a goal into tasks, use tools and APIs, and hand off when judgment is needed. We start with one well-understood workflow, build the controls around it, and expand once testing and pilot results support it.

01

Complete Workflows, Not Single Steps

Agents gather data, apply your business rules, take action in your systems, and report back, so a chain of manual handoffs becomes one process your team can monitor.

02

Connected to Your Systems

We give agents access to the tools they need, such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, databases, internal APIs, and your ERP, with permissions scoped to each task.

03

People Stay in Control

Approval steps and review thresholds route high-stakes or unusual cases to a person. We expand the agent's permissions only after reviewing the results and receiving explicit approval from your designated owner.

04

Reviewable Activity Records

We log the agent's tool calls, key inputs, and outcomes so operations, compliance, and audit teams can review what it did. What is recorded and how long it is kept follow your retention and sensitive-data rules.

Our Approach

How We Deliver Agentic AI Solutions

  1. Step 1: Map the Workflow

We walk the target process end to end, documenting decision points, exception paths, and the systems each step touches.

  2. Step 2: Build Tools and Knowledge

We build the connectors, permissions, and knowledge sources the agent needs, with error handling and retries for production conditions.

  3. Step 3: Test Against Real Scenarios

We test the agent against realistic cases, edge cases, and adversarial inputs, and refine it until its results meet the acceptance criteria agreed with your team.

  4. Step 4: Deploy With Oversight

Agents go live with monitoring, alerting, and intervention controls. We agree on ownership and review thresholds, and expand the agent's permissions only after reviewing the results and receiving explicit approval from your designated owner.

FAQ

Common Questions

Something we did not cover? Ask us directly.

What kinds of work are agents good at today?

Multi-step processes with clear rules and good data, such as triaging requests, reconciling records, preparing reports, or gathering information across systems. Work that depends heavily on judgment stays with people, with the agent doing the preparation.

How do you stop an agent from taking the wrong action?

Agents get only the permissions each task needs, consequential actions require human approval, and review thresholds send uncertain cases to a person. Logged activity can be reviewed afterward. These controls reduce risk; they do not eliminate mistakes, so we also design for detecting and correcting them.

How is this different from traditional automation?

Rule-based automation follows fixed steps and works well when inputs are predictable. Agents can interpret unstructured information and choose among defined actions, which can suit processes that were too variable for fixed rules. We often combine the two, using rules where they are reliable.

Where should we start?

With one workflow that has clear rules, a named owner, and data you already collect. We map it, agree on success measures, and run a focused pilot before extending the agent to more cases.
